San Diego’s Premier Running and Triathlon Club (formerly The San Diego Striders)
We are a Run Club designed for ALL LEVEL RUNNERS and you can join at any time. Whether you are training for your 100th Marathon or want to run your first Half…or maybe just want to get in great running shape, we have a program for you. Being part of the San Diego Run and Tri Club keeps you motivated and holds you accountable to keep you on track. If you don’t have a running partner now, you will after you join our group. We are a social club for all level runners that makes it’s easy to hook up with someone who runs or run/walks your pace. Lee Ann Yarbor is Lead Run Coach and has been coaching running clubs for 5 years. We have a training program for EVERYONE from beginner to seasoned runners. Regardless if your goal is to qualify for Boston, run your first half marathon or run a 5k, we will personalize a training program just for you that will help you achieve any goal you may have…but most importantly, have FUN doing it!

SAN DIEGO RUN AND TRI CLUB
So you’ve always wanted to TRY a TRI. Now you can with our new tri training program. Our lead coach, Kelly Edwards will lead bike meet ups in various locations in San Diego on Sundays. Plus, open water swim training in the spring, summer and fall. We will provide a complete training program to help you prepare and complete any triathlon. Worried about a bike? Don’t worry…any bike will do. Just get yourself started. We train for the following triathlons, but not limited to:
- Superseal Sprint (March)
- Sprint Sprint Tri (May)
- San Diego International Triathlon (June)
- Solana Beach Tri (July)
